Wow, sick.
I'm sick, my daughter's sick.
There's only time for sick.
I spent the day in bed, with chills and fever, coming down to eat. No exercises were done today due to the fact that I could only muster strength to soothe one baby, nurse the other, feed myself and wipe my nose.
Food (all was weighed to the proper amount):
Egg/milk scramble with mushrooms, green onions, cherry tomatoes.
2 pieces seed bread
Strawberry/blueberry
Tilapia with asparagus and seed bread
Pineapple
Egg noodles with roasted cherry tomatoes, chicken, parsley. Roasted cauliflower.
Exercises:
None, will complete tomorrow, needed to conserve energy and health.

ReplyDeleteI woke up this morning with a bit of a sore throat. I'm praying it doesn't turn into something worse. Hope you feel better soon!!
ReplyDeleteTake it easy for a few days, then reintroduce the jumprope, then the other exercises. Taking a few days off and getting well is better than pushing through it and being sick longer, as you've figured out!
