All seven hundred jumps!
I'd told myself I'd be happy getting to five hundred, added fifty more and so on until holy cow, I did my jump roping.
Back of neck (my computer "hump") hurts when I have bad posture. This is fantastic despite this morning when I was doing the head/shoulders turn instead of just turning my head.
**UPDATE**
Oh, HJ, you see now that you really only DID need to complete 500 jumps. Way to overachieve, you.
