Day 28, Jump Rope

It works, I continue to do it.
Forgot to eat dinner last night.
I can tell you, I've never once forgotten to eat dinner.
I just wasn't hungry for it.
Too tired.
Went to bed at seven-thirty.

Oh, nursing baby with your every three hour demands.
Oh, nursing baby, needing to be in a carrier all day long.

Food:
Greens Toast Eggs
Banana
Pasta Chicken Broccoli
Pineapple
Nothing, no dinner at all.

Exercises: Done. Barely. Man, I'm still not very good at this. I made it through 200 at a time once. Other than that, it's a lot of unwrapping from around my ankles every fifty or so.

  2. Helen, my hat is doffed to you once again. You are managing so many stressful things together. In many ways it helps me to read your blog, since it puts into perspective the things I have to do each day. They are not so stressful as yours and if you can manage, then so can I.

  3. Absolutely. You ARE superwoman. Keep it up!!!

Patrick gave me a tip for jumping--check the length of your rope. I was tripping a bunch and then found the rope was too long, so I adjusted the position of my hands to keep the rope at a level where it just skims my head.

    Good luck!

This is like PCP haiku! Love it.

It took me a good two months before I had passable jump rope skills. Like Shivani said, keep the rope nice and short.
